What's for dinner?...and healthier drop biscuits.

I'm not really sure what to call this, and I don't even remember all the spices...it was chicken, spinach, broth, garlic cloves,salt, pepper,  tomatoes, onions, and topped with Parmesan cheese when served....hubby called it spinach chicken Parmesan soup, but whatever you call it I couldn't stop eating it. Princess Hope made a healthy version of drop biscuits. She used a recipe we found on allrecipes.com, subbed whole wheat flour for reg white flour, and traded coconut oil for butter. They were fabulous. She has become quite the baker already!
