Well, last night I got a whopping 2 hours of sleep. The night before I got 4. This is not fun. We are going to try one more thing tonight. If it doesn't work, I am out of luck. I have tried everything OTC I can think of. My neurologist won't write for any different sleep aids. I tried 4 before we found one that works. It is very hard being a mom so tired.
On a good note, we have definitely narrowed my dizziness down to the sleeping meds. Now, what to do?
Uggg. I know the dizziness is SO not fun. But it is hard to parent (or function on any level) SO exhausted!!!! Praying for wisdom and answers!
ReplyDeleteGiggled that you let the cat out of the bag about our visit. :D I'm a little excited! ;)
Kendra have you read much about Seasonal Affective Disorder? I have a dear friend in Seattle who is afflicted with SAD every winter. It is related at least partially to the short days and limited sunshine from being indoors alot during cold weather. She ordered a "light box" that helps her with extreme insomnia. And she spends as much time as possible outside. According to her, sunshine is the best, but just being outside in the light of day is helpful, too. Just thought I would mention this because of your geographical location and short hours of daylight. Praying you will find some answers soon. Love, cathyd
