Magnesium
A blogger I have never met wrote me and recommended magnesium for sleep. Hubby said the same thing the same day. So, I tried it last night despite my cold. Last night wasn't perfect, but better than the last week has been. I only woke up twice, but was able to fall back asleep. A few more nights like that and I will be a new person. Lets hope it keeps working. Of course hubby being on call this weekend doesn't help, but that is life. Lets just pray his beeper doesn't go off in the middle of the night.

ReplyDeleteYay!!! I'm so glad that magnesium worked for you being able to sleep. It's wonderful. Maybe now you will have enough energy to keep up with your kids. :) I hope that it keeps working.
