So we stopped at the store after therapy today...and I ended up with the same brand but even more expensive boots. They were even more comfortable and they came in all black. Ugh. I feel so bad about how expensive they were. I think they were the most expensive boots there. Hubby didn't hesitate for a second to buy them. I still have them on my feet because they are so comfortable, but these boots were twice what my most expensive boots were. I guess there is no price on walking, but oh my, they weren't cheap.
I was finally able to stand without my legs touching the back of the therapy table. I still couldn't walk like I was, but at least I stopped backsliding. I really was afraid of how far back I would go.
Glad you got boots even if they were very expensive. There isn't a price tag on warm, comfortable and walking. Yay for standing!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry that the boots were so expensive but I'm so glad that you were able to stand up. Any progress is good. Yay Miss Kendra!!!
ReplyDeleteProgress on walking! Yay!!
ReplyDeleteWell, like Melissa said, you just can't put a prices tag on that! I'm SO glad you found some!!
Progress is a wonderful, beautiful gift. Enjoy every step in those boots with a full heart--the love behind them is the greatest gift of all. Love and prayers continue, dear Kendra!--cathyd
ReplyDeleteIf these help you progress, then I'd say they were well worth it!
ReplyDeleteSo ENCOURAGED to read that you no longer seem to be regressing! I know you are far from where you want to be, but this is such great news!!!
ReplyDeleteAs for the money, no I can't imagine S. would hesitate. If there is something in his power to help you, doing so would be priceless! Bask in the love and smile every time you put on the boots!
