Chicken enchilada nachos

I am not really sure what to call this, but the kids almost all beat me eating (it takes me a while). I think it was a big hit, and it sure was easy on a therapy day...plus there were no leftovers.

3 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can green enchilada sauce
2 cups corn

Toss it all in the crock pot. I risked it and even the chicken was frozen...cook on high for 6 hours. Shred the chicken and serve with tortilla chips. We topped it with sour cream and salsa because everything tastes better with a little dairy fat.
