Mustard pork

We had a yummy dinner tonight, and it was easy enough that I could make it.

3 large potatoes
Either 1 big or 3 small pork loins
1tablespoon parsley
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 Dijon mustard
3 cup chicken broth

Throw it all in the crock pot with the potatoes on the bottom and cook on low for about 8 hours, or until the pork falls apart and the potatoes are tender. I just served it with applesauce and that was it.
