Princess Grace was ever so excited to find a frozen, preserved insect. She loves finding "treasures" like this. I think that is a honkin' Alaskan sized skeeter, but I am not sure.

The view from the front window. Look closely at the brown spot in the middle. That is one big (and I think pregnant...cuz her tummy is HUGE) Moose Cow. I couldn't get the camera fast enough to catch her any closer. She has been wandering back and forth across the front yard, leaving tracks, munching on whatever she feels like munching on.
Your garage must be really well insulated! That's a huge frozen bug. I hope the moose doesn't decide to come really close for a meal. I suppose they do a lot of damage to landscapes.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever read Hatchet? Your moose reminds me of a moose in the book. I bet she's one mean moose if she got close. I think you need one of those mini enclosed trampolines for the garage. We had one for our basement in MD. Great for bouncing out extra energy.

ReplyDeleteI was thinking the opposite thing about the the moose...like...I wonder if you could throw some food out to get her closer:) Corn perhaps...
